Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TablFlip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TablFlip is a platform that connects trading card show hosts with vendors and attendees. Hosts can create and manage shows, vendors can book tables, and attendees can purchase tickets. We facilitate these transactions but are not a party to the agreements between hosts, vendors, and attendees.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

4. User Roles

  • Hosts — Create and manage card shows, set pricing, and receive payments through Stripe Connect.
  • Vendors — Browse shows, book tables, and manage their bookings.
  • Attendees — Browse shows and purchase tickets.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund policies are set by individual show hosts. TablFlip may charge service fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Subscriptions

TablFlip offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Post false or misleading show information
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions

8. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as show images and descriptions). By uploading content, you grant TablFlip a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform as part of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality of any shows, the accuracy of listings, or the conduct of any users. We are not responsible for disputes between hosts, vendors, and attendees.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TablFlip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
